By placing an order on GrahShaastra, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing. The most important points: our reports are for informational and guidance purposes only, payment is non-refundable after delivery, and we offer a free 7-day revision for factual errors in birth data interpretation.

1. About GrahShaastra

GrahShaastra provides personalised Vedic astrology and numerology reports ("Reports") prepared by a team of certified Acharyas. We are an independent service operated in India. By accessing our website or purchasing any Report, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Nature of Our Reports

Our Reports are provided for informational, educational, and personal guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise.

Astrology and numerology are traditional knowledge systems. Interpretations are based on our Acharyas' expertise and are subjective in nature. GrahShaastra makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any prediction, suggestion, or guidance contained in any Report.

You agree that:

You will use Reports as one of several inputs in making personal decisions — not as the sole basis
You will not hold GrahShaastra liable for any decision you make based on a Report
Results, predictions, and outcomes mentioned in Reports are not guaranteed

3. Our Reports — What "Human-Written" Means

Every GrahShaastra Report is researched, written, and reviewed by a member of our Acharya team before delivery. We use astronomical calculation tools (including API-based data sources) to obtain precise planetary positions — our Acharyas then interpret this data and write the report content personally.

Reports are not fully automated software outputs. The narrative, interpretation, remedy suggestions, and personalisation are human work.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if ordering on behalf of a minor
The birth details you have provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge
You are authorised to make the payment using the payment method provided
You have read and understood the description of the Report you are purchasing

An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed by Razorpay and you receive an Order ID on the confirmation page.

5. Delivery

All Reports are delivered digitally as PDF files via WhatsApp and email to the contact details you provide at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume:

Standard delivery: 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation
Priority delivery: Included in Complete Blueprint plan, delivered within 12–24 hours

Delivery timelines begin from the time of order confirmation, not from the time of payment initiation. If you do not receive your Report within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 89208 12443.

GrahShaastra is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer, WhatsApp delivery failures, or email spam filters.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless otherwise stated.

GrahShaastra does not store your payment details. For payment-related disputes, please refer to Razorpay's terms of service.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Please read our full Refund Policy before placing an order. In summary:

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed
Refunds are not provided for delivered Reports
We offer a free 7-day revision if there is a factual error in how birth data has been interpreted (e.g. incorrect planet position due to an error on our part)
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of Report delivery via WhatsApp or email

8. Intellectual Property

All Reports produced by GrahShaastra are the intellectual property of GrahShaastra. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use your Report for your own reference. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publish any Report (in whole or in part) without our written consent
Use Report content for commercial purposes
Claim authorship of any Report prepared by our team

All website content, design, copy, and brand elements (including the GrahShaastra name and logo) are our exclusive property and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrahShaastra's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Report that is the subject of the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or reliance on any Report, including but not limited to financial loss, relationship decisions, health choices, or career changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GrahShaastra's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us directly before pursuing any formal dispute — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
